Pension Plan

We encourage all of our employees to invest in their retirement, and we welcome them to join our company’s pension plan. When employees join the plan, regular contributions are automatically deducted from payroll and deposited into an audited pension account. SB Simpson makes equal payments to match employees’ contributions. The eligible amount is based on the number of years an employee is enrolled in the plan.
