Shipping & Freight – Standard Items Within Canada
Shipping & Handling for Ontario – order value up to $175 is $12.50 flat rate. Free Freight for orders over $175. Shipping & Handling For Quebec – order value up to $175 is $15.00 flat rate. Free Freight for orders over $175. Shipping & Handling for Nunavut, Yukon & Northwest Territories – order value up to $700 is $50 flat rate. Free freight for orders over $700.
Shipping & Handling for Canadian Provinces Outside of Ontario and Quebec (excluding Territories) – order value up to $350 is $35 flat rate. Free freight for orders over $350.
Pick up at any of our branches
We can organize all standard stocking products to be available for a pick up and any one of our locations with no minimum orders, handling fees or freight charges applied. Please Specify in the “Comments” area when processing order which branch you would like to pick up at and any freight charges that are applied at time of order will be credited back before pick-up occurs.
Outside of Canada
New York, Michigan and Ohio – order value up to $350 is $35 flat rate. Free freight for orders over $350.
All other locations within the United States will receive a freight quote before the order is shipped. The buyer will have the opportunity to arrange own shipping, accept our freight quote or cancel shipment. All customs and brokerage charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in any of our freight rates.
Please note that at this time we ware unable to process and ship orders outside of Canada and the United States.
Some items may not be eligible to ship outside of Canada, SB Simpson will advise when necessary.
There may be some items that we are unable to ship outside Canada.If your order contains one of these items, we will advise and credit you the full value of the item.
Shipping outside of Canada and order for Export by Buyer
SB Shipping outside of Canada and order for Export by BuyerSimpson’s policy is to offer products for delivery & use in Canada. Buyer must disclose if product is being exported out of Canada. SB Simpson has the right to accept or reject exported orders at our discretion. If product is being shipped outside of Canada, buyer assumes sole responsibility for all customs and duty fees and shall at all times comply with applicable import and export laws.
Special Handling for Heavy and Freight Extra Items
Unfortunately, certain items are not eligible to be included in our standard freight policies and free shipping policies. These items are identified online as a Freight Extra item. SB Simpson reserves the right to charge additional freight and handling fees outside of the standard shipping policies but we will communicate these prior. At check-out the order will go on hold and an SB Simpson staff member will contact you with the freight options and quote. The buyer will have the opportunity to arrange own carrier, accept our freight quote or cancel the items from the shipment. The additional shipping fees may include, but are not limited to “below minimum order fees”, “rural or rush delivery charges”, “Dangerous Goods” and “non-conveyable special handling” fees on top of additional shipping surcharges.
**For Freight Sensitive items outside of Canada, you may be required to provide your own customs broker**

Delivery Address Accuracy
It is up to the buyer to ensure the delivery address is complete and accurate. SB Simpson is not responsible for orders that are delayed or misdirected or additional fees that accrue due to inaccurate shipping addresses given.
Product Availability, Order Processing and Shipping Times
Products are subject to availability at time of order. We process orders during regular business hours (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time). You can expect most orders to ship within 2-10 business days, depending on availability. You will be notified of any shipments that fall outside of this service time. In-stock Ready to Ship products will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Quick Ship items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Some special order/non stocking items as indicated on the website may require additional shipping times as there may be manufacturers minimum order quantities that need to be met. We will communicate updated expected shipping times.
