Prices are listed in Canadian Currency and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on the web.
Quotations for large quantities are available upon request.
Sales Tax
SB Simpson is required by law to charge all applicable taxes for which a sales tax exemption certification has not been provided. Please provide any valid exemption certificates when ordering.
Payment Terms
If credit has not been established, payment must be made in full when ordering. All payments are in Canadian dollars and can be made using Visa, MasterCard or American Express. For buyers with established credit terms, purchases must be made through our Corporate/Contract Account Portal to receive standard account payment terms of net 30 days or other negotiated terms.
Product Availability, Order Processing and Shipping Times
Products are subject to availability at time of order. We process orders during regular business hours (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time). You can expect most orders to ship within 2-10 business days, depending on availability. You will be notified of any shipments that fall outside of this service time. In-stock Ready to Ship products will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Quick Ship items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Some special order/non stocking items as indicated on the website may require additional shipping times as there may be manufacturers minimum order quantities that need to be met. We will communicate updated expected shipping times.
Although we make every effort to ship orders complete, sometimes it may be necessary to break up orders into multiple shipments. We will communicate with you prior to partial shipping if there will be any additional costs and the buyer will have the opportunity to request us to hold the shipment for completion or cancel any of the backorders.
Product Substitutions
SB Simpson makes every effort to illustrate and describe products in this website accurately; however products may not be exactly as shown or described. SB Simpson reserves the right to substitute products of equal value. A Return authorization and credit will be given if the product received is not what it was described/displayed as online – return shipping costs may be applicable.
Return Policy & Warranties
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase contact us and SB Simpson will make a good faith effort for prompt corrective action. Any returns due to shipping errors and/or damage must be made with 10 days of purchase. All other returns must be returned within 30 days of shipment and must be in original packaging and resaleable condition. All cancellations and returns must have prior approval and a Returns Authorization number. Goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase and may be subject to restocking fees. Returns can be made in person to any SB Simpson branch or by mail/courier with the appropriate paperwork and information. For returns that are not due to our error, the buyer is responsible for shipping back to an SB Simpson branch and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note: No Cancellations or Returns on Pandemic Supplies/Products.
Limited Warranty
The warranty for all products sold by SB Simpson is determined by the original manufacturer and/or supplier warranty available. SB Simpson shall in no event be liable for damages or injuries arising from the use of any products sold.
Intended Use
As an industrial distributor, SB Simpson’s policy is to offer products for industrial use and delivery in Canada. Buyer must disclose if product is being used in another application or being exported out of Canada. SB Simpson has the right to accept or reject these orders at our discretion.
