Lightning fast shipping and they keep you informed of the progress of your order. The shipping prices are very reasonable also, unlike some US vendors that make profit on the shipping rates.As for the product, 'ceramic anti seize' I haven't had a chance to test it. Looking for a replacement visor for my face shield, I found SB Simpson to have the cheapest deal. I ordered them on late Monday and they were delivered to me the following Wednesday. Fantastic service and I would certainly check them out for future needs. Would certainly recommend them.

You must think I am crazy why I ordered simply 8 threaded rod I am giving 5-star + 2 thumbs up to SB Simpson!!The material of carbon steel used as well the quality are amazing! How sharp & consistent of thread and, believe or not even the color is amazing! I don’t like shiny chrome or black color (which was my original threaded rod color) but color I got yesterday was in the middle I have to call it Gunmetal color! Just great! What more, I ordered them online in the afternoon of 10/3, for a delivery to Montreal I received the parcel at noon on 10/5! 1 day delivery from Toronto to Montreal!!!! First time I ordered from this company & it’s just great! Highly recommend SB Simpson to everyone!!

Needed a rebuild kit for a Gray ratchet. My first call to S.B Simpson wasn't fruitful and only worthy of one star. Fortunately I decided to pursue the issue. Upon my second attempt I dealt with a very polite and helpful associate who answered all my questions and directed me towards the correct item. The quality of the service certainly deserves 5 stars. Update July 14 2020: Customer service contacted me and made things right by apologizing and refunding the difference in pricing. Glad it got resolved as it seems like a good place to buy safety items like half mask P100 respirators for painting/staining projects which are in short supply specially during this pandemic.Old review: Very bad customer service. Charged me $10 more instore for a $50 order than what is listed online. That’s 20%more right there!!! Then they said if I had ordered online I would have had to pay for shipping anyway but that is FALSE as it clearly says on their site you can pick up instore for free. Never buying here again. Buyer beware.

We purchased a "cost efficient" generator from SB Simpson and we are very happy with the purchase. The sales rep was very helpful in getting us to the right generator for our needs and ordering was very simple through their website. We picked the generator up from their Burlington location. Excellent service. Gerome is a great guy.You can just about get any tool you can think of , they will also help with the torque wrench calibration. If you can get hold of most of the US brands of tools also. They stock the Canadian "Greys tools" also .Good variety
