PROVIDING PROBLEM SOLVING MAINTENANCE SOLUTIONS

In the world of industry, maintenance typically contributes to over a quarter of the total cost of finished goods. LOCTITE® has identified the taproot causes of failures on most mechanical equipment, and teaches proactive approaches to combat downtime and optimize productivity and reliability. After a plant survey and a 90-minute LOCTITE® Maintenance Reliability Workshop (MRW), your workforce will have the knowledge and the tools to do the following:

Save Time

• Reduce routine maintenance tasks
• Reduce standard repair time

Reduce Costs

• Air Leak prevention
• Hydraulic Leakprevention
• Reduce disposal costs

Improve Reliability

• Extend Mean Time Between Failure
• Fewer needless variables for Planned Maintenance
• Enlarged reliability culture
• Keep your people safe

Threadlocking

• Threadlockers secure and seal your bolted assemblies, protecting
against vibration, corrosion and galling.
• Available in liquid and solid forms
• Certified products (NSF, ANSI, Mil-Spec)

Gasketing

• To provide a leak-free seal over a long period of time, gaskets must fill voids and be resistant to liquids and/or gases
• For rigid, machined flange surfaces select Anaerobic liquid gaskets
• For typically flexible, stamped metal flanges select silicone liquid gaskets

Thread Sealing

• Thread sealants fill the space between threaded parts and provide an instant, low pressure seal that prevents fluid and gas leaks.
• Certified products (NSF, ANSI, ABS, UL)

Metal Rebuilding

• Can be used to repair steel, aluminum, and other metal components.
• Can be machined, drilled or tapped after cure
• Resistant to corrosion, chemical attack and abrasion

Retaining Compounds

• Retaining compounds secure bearings, keyways and cylindrical parts into housings or onto shafts, forming strong
assemblies.
• Can work across different gap sizes, up to 0.5 mm)
• Certified products (NSF, ABS, Mil-Spec)

Floor & Concrete Repair

• Self-leveling, non-shrinking products that are stronger than concrete, and chemically resistant.
• Bonds to new and old concrete as well as most construction materials at any temperature

Anti-Seize Lubricants

• Anti-seize lubricants are used in harsh environments to keep assemblies from seizing by protecting against rust, corrosion and galling.
• Designed for a wide range of temperatures, from -30°C to 1315°C
• Metal-free options available
